Olivia Baldwin 

Olivia Baldwin is an artist living and working in Sugar Loaf, New York. Originally from the Boston area, Baldwin received her BFA in painting and photography and BA in English-Creative Writing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.


She has lived, worked, and exhibited in Italy, Austria and throughout the United States. Her paintings are collected by Peter and Alison Klein (Sammlung Klein, Eberdingen, Germany), Luke Weinstein, Leif Vollebekk and various private collections. Baldwin’s recent solo exhibitions include Exotic, Fur, Etc. at the Seligmann Center, Sugar Loaf, New York, and Door in the Mountain at the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Gallery 1308. Most recently, Baldwin has shown work in Newburgh Open Studios and in CONTEXTURE, a group show curated by Cey Adams at Jane Lombard Gallery in Manhattan.

Olivia is a passionate connector and collaborator. She serves a hybrid role of artist in residence/creative director at the Seligmann Center and has curated or otherwise facilitated dozens of exhibitions, concerts, projects, and festivals in Wisconsin, New York, and Upper Austria. Her recent projects include co-curating DUSKLIT Interactive Art Bazaar with artist Cody Rounds and forming Milkweed Gallery & Community Space with Megan Jemison, Richard Joysun, Brandon Knopp and Hannah Maxwell (Sugar Loaf, NY).
